If we require all staff to start every call with a POP outline the purpose, outcome and process of the call then we will reduce our internal call load and help staff have more time to prioritize their external facing work.
If we explicitly ask participants to RSVP to meetings / calls via calendar invitations, they will do it consistently and happily!
